You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards by inspecting painted components throughout the production process, ensuring they meet both customer specifications and internal quality benchmarks.�?Key ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and dimensional inspections of painted components at various production stagesEnsure compliance withIATF 16949andISO 14001standardsConduct paint quality audits, outflow checks, and packaging inspectionsAccurately document inspection results and maintain traceability recordsIdentify, contain, and escalate non-conforming productsCollaborate with production teams to uphold quality standards and resolve issuesSupport customer and supplier site inspections when requiredMaintain a clean and organised work environment in line with5S principlesProvide support across departments when needed??Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum1 yearexperience in a quality role within a manufacturing or automotive environmentFamiliarity with industry standards such asIATF 16949andISO 14001Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skillsFull UK driving licence requiredWillingness to undertake further training and development??Skills & AttributesStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesProactive mindset with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
