They are currently in search of a passionate Learning Support Assistant that can relate to these values and fit in to their 'school family’.The Role:Working both 1:1 and small groupsSupporting children with Learning & Behaviour Difficulties and AutismDelivery a variety of activities and lessons alongside the class teacherReporting back to class teacher on students’ progressTemp-Perm roleThe person:Experience working with Special Education NeedsHave a transferable background such as care, social work, psychology gradKeen to learn and has a passion for working with children with learning difficultiesCaring and supporting by natureAble to build rapport with pupils and staffA Child & Adult DBS currently on the update service (or willing to obtain one)Do you know other great teachers or support staff? Supply Desk offer a refer a friend scheme and we will pay you£100 for every person you refer to us once they have worked 5 days!
