Job Opportunity: Service Lead - Street Cleansing and Pest ControlWorking Pattern: Full TimeHourly Rate: £34.39 PAYE - £45.07 UmbrellaAbout the Role:As the Service Lead, you will be at the forefront of strategic management for our Street Cleansing and Pest Control Services. This is a dynamic role where you will:Oversee the day-to-day operations of street cleansing and pest control activities.Ensure compliance with legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Health & Safety regulations.Manage budgets and provide insightful financial reports to the Head of Street Cleansing and Caretaking.Develop and implement strategies and policies to enhance service delivery borough-wide.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a dedicated team, providing clear direction and leadership.Monitor performance metrics and ensure we meet our KPIs.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.Develop innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality.Manage staffing rotas to ensure seamless service delivery.To excel in this role, you should possess:A relevant professional qualification (NEBOSH or IOSHH)Strong knowledge of street cleansing operations and budget management.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.A commitment to equality, diversity, and customer care.The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.Join us in creating a vibrant and healthy community!Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
