As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to get relevant practical experience, enabling you to expand your knowledge and skillset, which is invaluable to you as an aspiring Occupational Therapist.It is vital that you are sincere about your objectives and know why you want to work in this sector, ultimately providing the best possible outcomes for vulnerable students who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, trauma and have been tragically let down by the adult world. You must also be committed to providing consistency for these children.
