About the Role

You will be teaching KS3-KS4 English within a specialist SEMH setting that supports pupils with additional social, emotional and behavioural needs. Classes are small, and you'll be supported by experienced teaching assistants, a therapeutic team, and a strong senior leadership team dedicated to helping both staff and students thrive.

What We're Looking For

? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent ? Experience teaching English at secondary level ? A calm, empathetic and resilient approach ? A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEMH needs ? Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
