With roughly a third of pupils on the SEN register, the school offers personalised support, targeted interventions, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child.The OpportunityThistemp-to-permrole offers an exciting chance to lead SEND provision acrossEYFS and Key Stage 1, ensuring the youngest learners receive tailored, high-quality support during their foundational years.Key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating SEND support across EYFS & KS1Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and specialist servicesTracking pupil progress and ensuring effective strategies are consistently appliedDelivering coaching, guidance, and CPD on SEND and inclusionContributing to the strategic development of SEND provision across the schoolThe Inclusion TeamYou will be part of a strong and supportive team consisting of two experienced SENDCOs and an Inclusion Lead.
