You will be a great team player, willing to go the extra mile you will be supporting an individual lawyer and wider team.The RoleYou will provide full secretarial support to an individual lawyer and wider teamUsing digital dictation system to produce correspondence related toEmployment Law mattersDiary managementAssistance with File maintenance and client accounts is most critical functionAssisting withEmployment Law mattersincluding HR issues, Grievance, Disciplinary,Redundancy, Corporate re- structuring and TUPE agreementsAttending to clientsLiaising with Solicitors, Barristers and courtsPreparation of correspondence and complex legal documentsBill preparationProof read legal documentsManage marketing data and liaising with the marketing teamThe CandidateIdeally you will possess recentEmployment Law Legal experience, although other areas of law will also be consideredA good standard of education at least O Level / GCSEFast and accurate typing skills including digital audio systemsExperience with case management systemsStrong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel,OutlookExcellent communication skills and a sympathetic earYou will be a strong team playerGood attention to detailOrganised and able to priorities your workloadBenefits22 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, with additional 3 days for ChristmasDeath in ServiceGroup income protectionMedical benefit schemeSick pay, pensionHours Monday to Friday 9am
