This role will focus on driving Agile delivery excellence across large-scale transformation and technology initiatives — with previousServiceNow project experienceconsidered highly desirable.Role Overview:Job Title:Agile Coach (Banking)Location:Glasgow /Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite (non-negotiable)Contract Type:ContractDuration:12 months initialSector:BankingRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an Agile Coach within the banking or financial services sector.Hands-on experience coaching multiple teams in complex enterprise environments.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.Experience working in or supporting ServiceNow-related projects (implementation, migration, or transformation)
• highly desirable.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. ICAgile Certified Coach - ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, CSP, PSM II/III, or equivalent).Please feel free to contact myself
