• Salary: £29,593 - £31,741 per annum

We are seeking an Employability Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a Further Education college in Kingston. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to significantly impact student success by supporting approximately 400 students across key curriculum areas such as IT & Business and Engineering Trades.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support students in IT & Business or Engineering Trades, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and confidence to progress into work or further study.
• Drive employability initiatives by collaborating with academic teams and external partners.
• Organise and deliver engaging workshops and career-focused activities that enhance students' employability prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in employability or student support within a Further Education setting.
• Strong ability to collaborate with academic staff and external partners.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about helping students achieve their career goals.
