This is a maternity cover role within a horizontal business function.ResponsibilitiesAct as a partner to internal teams and external users to translate business needs into scalable solutionsManage stakeholder relationships and ensure high-quality delivery across the user/partner/client lifecycleLead project planning, status reporting, issue tracking, and documentationCreate and maintain repeatable solution content (e.g., best practices, tutorials, support materials)Identify inefficiencies and contribute to business efficiency plans (BEP)Collaborate cross-functionally to define long-term solution strategies and influence product directionExecute solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirementsAnalyze trends in solution issues and work with engineering to mitigate future risksParticipate in partner reviews and contribute to adoption and engagement strategiesSupport gap analysis using user feedback and metrics to inform solution developmentRequired SkillsStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal communicationExperience in vendor management, operations management, project delivery, and process optimizationProficiency in Excel and ability to interpret data and metricsConsultative problem-solving and documentation skillsFamiliarity with systems thinking and cross-functional collaborationNice to HaveExperience in big tech, SaaS, or vendor operationsUnderstanding of basic technical concepts (e.g., APIs, onboarding flows)Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platformsReady to drive strategic solutions in a high-impact, cross-functional environment?
