The OpportunityThis is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to step into aSIPP Managerrole within a highly respected provider during a key transitional phase. You’ll take the lead in managing and reconciling SIPP portfolios while supporting the successful transfer of client accounts to new operators.If you’re looking for a role where your expertise will make a real difference - and where your leadership will directly impact operational excellence - this could be the ideal next step for you.Role OverviewAs theSIPP Manager, you will:Oversee a portfolio of SIPP accounts, ensuring accurate administration and client satisfaction.Manage theend-to-end reconciliation and transferof SIPPs to new providers.Handlecomplex cases, including those involving commercial property or other specialist assets.Deliver exceptional service across processes such asdrawdowns, death benefits, disinvestments, andcrystallisation splits.Liaise with multiple stakeholders - including clients, IFAs, and internal teams - to ensure smooth case management.Provideleadership and guidanceto junior colleagues, promoting continuous improvement across processes.About YouYou’ll bring:Extensive experience inSIPP and/or SSAS administrationat a senior level.Strong technical knowledge ofUK pensions legislationand regulatory frameworks.Proven experience managingpension transfers and reconciliations.Exceptional organisational skills withmeticulous attention to detail.The ability to mentor and support team members in a collaborative environment.If you’re someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives under pressure, and values precision and people equally - we’d love to hear from you.Company ProfileOur client is a respected and established pensions provider recognised for their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client care.
