Also, responsible for carrying out the checks of the design and drawings produced by the CAD technicians in the team. To succeed in this role, you must have a sound knowledge and thorough understanding of principles of storm water management, sanitary management, and pressure water system. You will join our Water department As our new Engineer, in the SE networks team you will be part of Water department. As a member of the Water team, you will be responsible for carrying out the network design for wet utilities along with calibration and modelling of the existing networks. Also, you’ll be responsible for carrying out the checks of the drawings produced by CAD technicians in the team and maintaining quality of deliverables. You will be also doing stormwater management using SUDS, providing green and nature-based solutions.

Key tasks and Responsibilities Development of base models, collaborate with relevant stakeholders. Model calibration and validation. Demand assessment, Hydraulic modelling, and design of proposed infrastructure. Planning of future network and optioneering in integration with existing infrastructure. You will be responsible for preparation of technical reports, memo and prepare presentations. Engineer shall co-ordinate with Project Manager and Assistant Engineer/Engineer/Technical Manager and be primarily involved in delivering the scheduled tasks in the form of design calculations and drawings. You shall co-ordinate & collaborate with your counterparts across the globe & in India while working on national/international projects.

For this role, we believe your starting point is, Be self-motivated and proactive to all new challenges BE/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute. ME/ M. Tech in Environmental/Water resource would be key deciding factor Should have 5-6 years of experience in drainage design, sewer design and potable & non-potable water network design. Knowledge of design codes like DMRB/Euro Codes/CIRIA/ & Indian codes is desirable. Should have knowledge and understanding of principles of wet utilities design for large residential developments, road, airport, and rail environment. Experience in big infrastructure projects is desirable. Should have hands on experience in using design & modelling software like SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Infoworks ICM, ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D. In addition to the technical / functional acumen, he/she should have good communication skills. Should be a team player and should coordinate within the team for timely delivery of project Desirable Professional English language skills (written and verbal).
