We are looking for an experienced Graphics specialist to be part of our Global Buildings Central Enablement Support Team in Mumbai, India.  You will work with Opportunity/Tender Owners/Managers and other sales leads across all geographic regions primarily on proposals, but also sales and marketing material (graphics & illustration typically) to create eye-catching, relevant graphic illustrations and/or document design to showcase Ramboll in our work-winning efforts. Main Role Responsibilities Supports the Pursuit/Bid Manager throughout the full proposal lifecycle by coordinating, managing, and producing high-quality graphics content and documentation. This support is provided primarily during Expression of Interest (EOI), Tender, and interview stages, but may also extend to the creation of broader sales and marketing materials for internal or external use. All materials are developed to align with Ramboll’s Brand guidelines and communicate a consistent, professional identity. Ensures all proposal materials are tailored to client expectations and fully compliant with tender instructions, technical requirements, and submission guidelines. This includes maintaining accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and a high standard of visual quality across all deliverables. Produces visually compelling document and presentation graphics—including custom illustrations, infographics, diagrams, layouts, and other visual elements—using approved software tools. These graphics are designed to clearly communicate complex ideas, strengthen key messaging, and effectively articulate Ramboll’s value proposition to clients and stakeholders. Contributes to pursuit-stage activities, assisting with the development and production of communication materials that support opportunity positioning, client engagement, and early bid preparation. Collaborates with the Global Brand team to stay informed of updates to Ramboll’s Brand standards, templates, and visual frameworks, ensuring all produced materials adhere to the latest corporate identity requirements. Participates in regular status and coordination meetings with the Pursuit/Bid Manager and wider proposal team to monitor progress, manage workloads, address compliance matters, and support timely, complete, and fully compliant bid submissions.

Qualifications: Required qualifications, skills and knowledge Below Qualifications are required & preferred. Engineering/Architecture related degree or training & experience Product/ Graphic Design related degree or training & experience Broad architectural/construction/buildings background (High level) Interest in Architectural Illustration, Animation, Marketing, 3D modelling/ rendering (various) A diploma or certification in Creative Media, Animation, UI/UX, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage. Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphics/illustration production, in proposal and marketing material, preferably within an AEC environment. Excellent knowledge and experience of the following software Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator/ InDesign/ Photoshop essential) Microsoft office/PowerPoint etc. Rhino 3D (*Essential) Revit (being able to extract relevant information) Rending packages (various acceptable) More broadly, an understanding and experience of applying best practice to publication design. Good communication skills, responsive and flexible. Ability to build internal and external relationships effectively. Understands ‘what good looks like’ in terms of proposal production. Ability to multi-task XXXX XXXX well under pressure. Creative out-of-the-box thinking .
