Task: As part of our expansion in Hungary, BARNES Budapest is recruiting ambitious and entrepreneurial Luxury Real Estate Consultants (Independent Status).Budapest is increasingly attracting international investors, expatriates, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. We are building a high-performance team capable of representing the BARNES brand at the highest standards while developing strong local market expertise.Your Responsibilities:Prospecting and sourcing high-end residential propertiesValuation and strategic positioning of propertiesNegotiation and signature of sales mandatesStructuring and managing the full sales processOrganizing property marketing (professional photos, documentation, listings)Managing buyer relationships and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers and supporting clients through closingCoordinating legal documentation and working closely with lawyers and notariesDeveloping and nurturing your own local and international networkRepresenting the BARNES brand with excellence and integrityYou will operate as an independent consultant, developing your own portfolio while benefiting from the strength, reputation and international network of BARNES. Expectation: We are looking for professionals with strong ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.University degree preferredFluent in Hungarian and English (additional languages are a strong asset)Strong understanding of Budapest real estate market or willingness to specialize rapidlyExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion and integrityAutonomous, organized and performance-drivenComfortable working with international and high-profile clientsEntrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision Other: Experience in luxury real estate, finance, private banking, law, hospitality or high-end sales is highly appreciated.
