Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties Design and enhance solutions tailored to client needs Develop within Salesforce, with a focus on chat functionalities for both agents and automated systems Manage and optimize client communication flows Convert custom-built code into efficient, user-friendly, click-based processes Work in a hybrid role combining elements of development and consulting Analyze, understand, and optimize existing code rather than focusing solely on coding Company on whose behalf the position is being filled Information technology, computer programming, web portals Modern SW Development company. Requirements for the employee Candidates with education suit the position Secondary with school-leaving examination Follow-up/Higher Professional Education University education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree) Postgraduate (Doctorate) Educational Specialization Information Technology Language skills English - Upper intermediate (B2) Personality requirements and skills Hands-on experience with Salesforce (knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus). Ability to read, understand, and improve existing code - JavaScript knowledge is essential (full-stack preferred, but not purely a developer role). Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, syntax, maintenance, and cloud technologies. Experience using GitHub and GitHub Copilot. Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Flows, Apex, and low-code solutions. Ability to review and refactor code, translating complex logic into intuitive low-code/no-code workflows. Experience implementing chat-based solutions and managing client communication processes. Collaboration on cloud-based architectures using best practices in JavaScript and code maintenance.
