Place of work Slovak Republic (The job requires travelling) Contract type full-time, agreement-based (Temporary jobs), trade licence Start date 01/04/2026 Wage (gross) 1 800 EUR/month Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties Optimize cycle times and reduce operational costs to enhance production efficiency and profitability. Define detailed process sequences and prepare comprehensive Start Of Production (SOP) documentation to ensure smooth manufacturing launches. Provide industrialization support during New Product Introduction (NPI) phases, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration. Conduct thorough root cause analyses using 8D methodology and Ishikawa diagrams to address and resolve quality deviations effectively. Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and 5S methodologies on the shop floor to foster a culture of operational excellence. Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures, to ensure compliance and knowledge retention. Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate with suppliers and quality teams to ensure component and material quality meets automotive industry standards. Typical day: Collaborate with production teams to monitor ongoing processes and troubleshoot issues impacting cycle time or quality. Typical working hours: Standard 8-hour shifts aligned with production schedules, with occasional flexibility to support critical project phases.
