B2B - from 195 EUR MD rate Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Delivery Lead to oversee operations in mission-critical SAP environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on technical leadership — guiding SAP Basis team (L1/L2), driving service quality, and leading operational delivery, while covering customer-facing technical communication. Start date: immediately - April Cooperation: long term, COW (TPP) or B2B - (freelancing) Working model: fully remote Key Responsibilities Provide L3 SAP Basis support across Incident, Problem, Change, Operations, and Service Level Management Ensure smooth operation of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA systems and databases Perform installations, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Handle system copies, DB refreshes, and backup & recovery to ensure business continuity Deliver SAP Basis administration for SAP ECC and related systems Execute SAP and database lifecycle management , including version upgrades and migrations Automate operational and monitoring tasks using shell scripting Work with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Focused Run (FRUN) for monitoring and ticket handling Collaborate in an international environment using English on a daily basis Employee perks, benefits • Internal Mobility Program
