Informácie o pracovnom mieste Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development in Slovakia and business-linked markets. Identify and secure opportunities within the injection moulding industry. Build and manage long-term client relationships. Negotiate and close commercial agreements. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping. Collaborate with technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. Maintain a minimum of 5–10 meetings per week. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Requirements: Slovak, English (spoken and written). Proven track record in business development or sales. Knowledge of the injection/tooling moulding industry. Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills. Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently. Willingness to travel frequently. "B" driving license. Nice-to-Have: Contacts within Injection Moulding industry in Slovakia (or other countries). Additional European language. Offer: Competitive base salary. Commission scheme without cap (uncapped earnings potential).
