We are seeking a senior finance professional for the role of Head of Group Consolidation & Sustainability Reporting, a pivotal and high-impact position within the Group Finance leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of external financial reporting while playing a leading role in shaping the Group’s sustainability reporting agenda in an international, complex environment.Reporting to CFO and senior finance leadership you will act as a trusted expert and key contributor to the Group’s financial governance, ensuring best-in-class reporting quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous development of processes and systems.The RoleAs Head of Group Consolidation & Sustainability Reporting, you will have overall responsibility for group consolidation, external reporting, and coordination of the Group audit. You will serve as the primary interface towards external auditors and play a central role in managing complex accounting matters across multiple jurisdictions. In parallel, you will lead the implementation and ongoing development of sustainability reporting in line with evolving regulatory requirements, including CSRD and ESRS.This position requires a broad financial perspective and the ability to bridge traditional accounting with adjacent areas such as tax, treasury, M&A, and financial systems.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidation and preparation of the Annual ReportLead and coordinate the Group audit process, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors and assurance providersEnsure compliance with IFRS and manage complex accounting issues related to international operations and local GAAPsAct as system owner of the Group consolidation system (AARO), driving optimization, governance, and data qualityDrive continuous improvement of financial processes at the intersection of accounting, tax, and treasuryAct as a senior financial expert in M&A activities, divestments, and complex Group transactionsEnsure robust internal controls and governance related to financial reporting and systemsLead the implementation of sustainability reporting frameworks in line with CSRD/ESRS and other relevant standardsEstablish and oversee robust processes for the collection, validation, and assurance of sustainability dataCandidate ProfileYou are a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience, a minimum om 15 years, in group accounting and external reporting within an international environment. You bring deep IFRS expertise, strong systems acumen, and a structured, analytical approach to complex financial challenges. You are comfortable operating as a senior expert and leader, interacting with executive management, auditors, and other key stakeholders.You combine high integrity with sound judgment and a proactive mindset, and you are motivated by roles that require both technical excellence and strategic influence.
