We’re a small, fast-moving team within Sweden Startup Next building modern data and software infrastructure for Sweden’s startup and innovation ecosystem. We operate like a startup ourselves, decentralized, experimental, and relentlessly modern. At the core of our work is the Sweden Startup Next Data Platform — a modern data and application backbone connecting multiple data sources and powering several products: public-facing platforms, analytics dashboards, and internal tools for ETL, monitoring, and data management. We follow an Agent-First development approach, where AI agents drives coding, testing, deploying, and improving systems. The initiative is led by BLING, FUHS, the Swedish Higher Education Institutions' Innovation Office, and SISP, representing over 100 research and innovation environments across Sweden. Role: Agentic Software Developer We are looking for an Agentic Software Developer to join our core team. You will work across the full stack and DevOps — from data models and APIs to front-end interfaces and automation workflows — with a strong focus on building and evolving production-grade systems. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to contribute directly to live systems and continuously improve how we build software using AI-assisted workflows. Your work may include: Developing and maintaining full-stack applications (TypeScript / React / Supabase) Deg and evolving data models and APIs Working with AI agents (Claude Code) for generation, refactoring, and system improvements Building internal tools, dashboards, and automation pipelines Improving development workflows, testing, and deployment using agentic patterns Requirements (must) Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack development Proven experience working with DevOps Proven experience working with Supabase in production Strong experience with TypeScript and React-based applications At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Claude Code High knowledge and experience in the startup eco system What We Offer Work at the forefront of agentic software development Real impact — you’ll contribute to systems used across Sweden’s startup ecosystem High ownership and autonomy in a small, senior team Full-time employment Hybrid work setup, Stockholm office and remote We are reviewing candidates on an ongoing basis.
