Senior UX/UI Designer
- Digital Products & User Experience We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior UX/UI Designer to create seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences across multiple platforms. In this role, you will work with both onboard interfaces and offboard applications (mobile and web), ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience throughout the entire customer journey. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into meaningful and engaging design solutions. What you will do Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences across digital products and services Conduct user research and analysis, turning insights into actionable design solutions Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Ensure a consistent UX/UI experience across all touchpoints and platforms Translate complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business and technical requirements Contribute to and evolve design systems, guidelines, and reusable components Drive continuous improvement of user experience and product usability Support product and service development by contributing to vision, strategy, and roadmap work Your impact You will play a key role in shaping customer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring that products are not only functional but also valuable, engaging, and easy to use. Required qualifications Proven experience deg customer-facing digital products and services Strong background in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications Experience working with end-to-end user journeys and service design Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design Ability to translate user insights and complex requirements into clear design solutions Experience collaborating closely with development teams and understanding technical constraints Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines Fluent in English (spoken and written) Meritorious experience Experience deg for complex ecosystems with multiple touchpoints Background in service design and customer experience strategy Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Experience working in cross-functional and international environments Interest or experience in connected products or specialized domains (e.g., automotive, marine, IoT) Who you are A creative and analytical thinker with a strong user focus Structured and able to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced and iterative environment A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Curious, proactive, and driven to continuously improve user experiences Confident in handling complex challenges and taking ownership of your work Additional information A portfolio is required as part of the application Why join?
