Senior Software Engineer

• Test Frameworks & CI/CD We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a team focused on test framework development, test automation, and CI/CD environments. In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions that support high-quality software delivery. You will work with modern tools and technologies to develop software test frameworks, test tools, and automation pipelines, enabling efficient and reliable testing of complex systems. What you will do Develop and maintain software test frameworks and test tools Design and implement test automation solutions in CI/CD environments Work with ECU emulation and mocking frameworks to enable advanced testing Build and improve automated testing pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Zuul Contribute to continuous improvements in testing strategies and methodologies Create and maintain technical documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality-focused software development Analyze and propose test strategies for medium to large-scale systems Who you are An experienced software engineer with a curious and solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working with both high-level system perspectives and detailed technical challenges Proactive, communicative, and collaborative Able to navigate complex and sometimes ambiguous problems Driven to share knowledge and contribute to team success Required qualifications B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar 10+ years of experience in software development Extensive experience in test framework development and test automation within CI/CD Strong programming skills in Python and PyTest Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Zuul Experience with test tools, mocking frameworks, or ECU simulation/emulation Strong skills in technical documentation Good understanding of testing strategies for complex systems Fluent in English (spoken and written) Meritorious experience Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ASPICE, V-model, ISO 26262 Experience with CAN/LIN communication Familiarity with Bazel and YAML Experience working in the automotive industry Experience in international and cross-functional environments Why join?
