Senior QA Engineer

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer/Quality Manager to lead and coordinate software quality activities across multiple programs. In this role, you will define, drive, and follow up on quality actions required to close identified gaps in the product, working closely with program and project managers as well as external stakeholders. You will be part of a team responsible for software release, integration, and testing within a core system environment in the automotive domain. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate software quality activities across multiple programs Define, drive, and follow up on quality actions to close identified product gaps Collaborate with program and project managers as well as external stakeholders on all quality-related matters Contribute to shaping and maintaining processes within the process framework Ensure compliance with relevant automotive ISO standards, including ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO 12207 Support software release, integration, and testing activities within the team Requirements M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Several years of experience in software quality assurance across different types of systems and solutions Strong knowledge of complex systems including embedded SW/HW in the automotive domain Deep knowledge of relevant automotive quality standards, including ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO 12207 Hands-on experience in software development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken Self-motivated, analytical, and able to drive initiatives independently Meriting Experience working within automotive R&D environments Familiarity with SWEP or equivalent software engineering process frameworks Additional language skills relevant to the working environment Start: 2026-04 Duration: Until 2026-12 (extension possible) Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (on-site, 0 days remote) About Rasulson Consulting Rasulson Consulting is a specialized staffing and recruitment firm within Test and QA.
