About the Assignment You will support a large global organization in accelerating digital transformation within Finance. In this role, you will work where business and technology meet, helping turn ideas into scalable solutions that create measurable value. The assignment has a strong focus on AI-driven initiatives and requires close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and platform specialists. You will take ownership of the journey from opportunity identification to implementation, while ensuring alignment with existing platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks. Job DescriptionDrive digital and AI initiatives from concept to implementation Lead structured workshops to identify AI opportunities and build a prioritized backlog Translate business needs into clear solution requirements Guide cross-functional teams toward value-driven delivery Manage and optimize the application portfolio Ensure alignment with existing platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks Lead change management activities and support user adoption Communicate progress, risks, and business value to senior stakeholders RequirementsExtensive experience as a Senior Product Owner, Digital Lead, or in a similar role in large organizations Strong understanding of finance processes and digital transformation initiatives Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases, data analytics, and modern cloud technologies Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and IT Strong Agile background, including certifications and several years of practical experience Excellent communication skills, a structured way of working, and a strong focus on business value delivery Fluent Swedish and English What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB, 30% above) Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
