Your role In the role of Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving functional excellence and business value using Fadata’s INSIS core insurance platform. You will act as the functional SME, responsible for deg, configuring, testing, and supporting the INSIS modules across Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance, and other core insurance processes. This role requires deep functional understanding of the INSIS platform along with strong analytical, solutioning, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will work closely with business users, product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous optimization of INSIS. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Required · 10+ years of experience in consulting, configuration and integration across Fadata INSIS programs · Strong experience in INSIS Claim module/ Policy module/ Billing module - Configuration & Integration (11.x and above) · Batch process, INSIS Messaging framework, OOTB plugins. · Working knowledge on PLSQL script, GIT

• Source Code management · Sound knowledge of INSIS Claim modules customization and integration (Intra and Inter system integration) using REST / SOAP APIs · Experience in leading and managing team of INSIS consultants Preferred · Version Control & Ticketing Systems: o Experience with Git repository and ServiceNow · Soft Skills: o Excellent communication skills o Adaptability in client implementation environments o Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies for application improvement. Responsibilities · Leading the INSIS development team by recommending solution architecture, design, development, testing as per the enterprise architecture road map and suggestion. · Requirement gathering, estimation and work planning. · Participate in creating an implementation plan as per the project level quality plan and work on go live activities. · Respond to production issues, arrive at a solution with inputs from the stakeholders. · Build repository of knowledge for higher efficiency and effectiveness. · Leading offshore and onsite teams.
