About the Assignment You will join a cross-functional team in the automotive industry focused on energy and charging solutions for electric mobility. The team works from early concepts and technical strategy to market-ready home charging products and the digital services that support them. In this role, you will help shape user-centric tools connected to the home charging ecosystem, including support dashboards and installer portals. You will work in a collaborative environment where UX, frontend development, and cloud capabilities come together to create meaningful solutions for users and installation partners. Job DescriptionLead UX design for digital tools within the home charging ecosystem Turn user insights into clear, intuitive, and usable interfaces Contribute to cloud development and continuous improvements Collaborate closely with developers and other specialists across the product team Collect and incorporate feedback from customers and installation partners Support digital capabilities connected to charging products and backend services Requirements5+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge Hands-on experience with Figma for design and prototyping Experience with React, including Remix/SPA, Vite, and TanStack Query Experience conducting user research Background in AWS management and DevOps practices Experience integrating complex systems and optimizing performance Familiarity with cloud security in distributed systems Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automation and reliability Fluent English Nice to haveExperience with GraphQL Experience conducting user research with global or diverse user groups Driver’s license (B) Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
