Assignment Overview We are looking for a System Development & IT Support Specialist What you will work on Support the application management team with daily operational tasks Manage application lifecycles, maintain application lists, and monitor updates (e.g., ProjectPlace, Java, AutoCAD) Handle support tasks in ServiceNow and Topdesk, initially routine requests, later troubleshooting Perform monthly routines related to user management (ProjectPlace, Infobric) and simple data imports Review application usage to optimize license consumption Create/update guides and manuals for recurring support tasks (e.g., 2FA issues, workarounds) Document processes and updates in internal wiki What you bring University degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent documented experience Previous experience with similar operational tasks and application support Ability to perform administrative and technical routine tasks independently Basic database skills are desirable Familiarity with Java-based applications or geodata applications is a plus
