Assignment Overview We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line) What you will work on Handling support tickets related to incidents, problems, and how-to questions Performing advanced troubleshooting using backend systems and analytical tools Identifying issues across systems, processes, and integrations Resolving issues directly or escalating to 3rd line support teams Supporting customers with complex technical questions Participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation Managing and tracking support cases and resolutions Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution What you bring University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar Around 0–5+ years of relevant experience (junior to mid-level profiles considered) Strong technical understanding and analytical mindset Ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems and workflows Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to manage and track multiple support cases Interest in charging solutions, electromobility, and energy systems Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
