Assignment Overview We are looking for a Senior Project Manager What you will work on Leading and coordinating powertrain phase-out (end-of-life) projects Managing structured decommissioning of components and systems Planning and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Identifying and managing risks, deviations, and mitigation plans Ensuring industrial readiness and production phase-out alignment Managing spare parts commitments and aftermarket considerations Preparing decision-making materials for steering committees Driving cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments Ensuring a controlled and quality-assured handover to product maintenance Supporting alignment between engineering, operations, and business functions What you bring Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within product development or R&D Strong experience working with complex technical systems, preferably in automotive Experience in powertrain (engine/gearbox) is highly valuable Strong capability in risk management and issue resolution Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives Experience with industrialization, production, or aftermarket operations is a plus Ability to manage project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication Strong analytical and decision-making skills Experience preparing executive-level presentations and steering materials Structured and results-oriented mindset Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
