• Gas & Fire Detection What you will work on Deg and developing systems for fire detection, fire suppression, and gas detection Contributing to product development and improvement of existing safety systems Evaluating and implementing new detection technologies such as hydrogen detection Collaborating with engineering teams, procurement, and suppliers Supporting sales, order management, installation teams, and service functions Ensuring solutions are cost-efficient, high-quality, and compliant with market requirements Working with technical documentation and system design tools Managing technical interfaces across multiple engineering disciplines Participating in technical problem-solving and system optimization Using Teamcenter and Comos tools in daily engineering work What you bring Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field Experience working as a system engineer or within technical product development Understanding of system design and multidisciplinary engineering environments Experience with technical problem-solving and system analysis Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines Experience with technical documentation and engineering tools Knowledge of fire detection, gas detection, or suppression systems is a strong advantage Experience in plant design, instrumentation, or electrical installations is beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams Fluency in English, Swedish is considered a plus
