Assignment Overview We are looking for an experienced Java Developer What you will work on Developing and maintaining backend services in Java Collaborating closely with developers to solve technical challenges and improve system architecture Working with pair programming and collaborative development practices Contributing to the development of a new banking system using Java technologies Supporting integration with internal frameworks and banking systems Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers within the team Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning Ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions What you bring Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development Strong backend development experience Experience working with internal backend frameworks used within banking environments Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams in agile environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical challenges Experience with full-stack development is considered an advantage Experience working with internal frontend frameworks is considered beneficial Experience with financial transactions, compliance systems, or payment-related platforms is a strong advantage
