You ensure that our software is well-designed, reliable, secure and available, and you actively contribute to discussions, planning and continuous improvement within the team. You report to Head of Domain Development and work closely with developers, architects and other stakeholders. In the role you will also: Take technical ownership and contribute to investigations of new technical solutions Collaborate on system architecture to ensure scalable, high-performing and maintainable designs Act as a mentor for less experienced developers, sharing knowledge and best practices Contribute to high code quality through reviews, testing and continuous improvement Is this you?   You enjoy taking responsibility and leading yourself in your daily work. You’re comfortable making decisions within your area of expertise and thrive in an environment where learning and collaboration are part of everyday life. You’re curious, solution-oriented and enjoy working together with others to create value for the customer.   You welcome feedback, take initiative in your development, embrace learning, and are curious about digital tools that support you and your team to grow.  We also believe you have: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Experience in backend development using Java Experience with JavaScript, preferably with React, for frontend development Solid knowledge of Azure, including resource management, networking and security Experience working with containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (k8s/k3s) Experience with modern deployment practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines), Helm and GitOps-based deployments using ArgoCD Knowledge of monitoring and operations using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana Experience troubleshooting distributed systems in Windows and Linux environments Fluency in English, both spoken and written Who we are    We’re a growing global fashion company from Sweden, driven by a higher purpose: to drive meaningful change for women.
