About the Role As a Sales Specialist, you play a key role in supporting both internal teams and customers by bringing product expertise, market insights, and consultative sales practices into client engagements. In this role, you help translate customer business goals into effective product and marketing strategies, with a strong focus on app marketing within the Nordic market. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partner teams to identify growth opportunities, support client initiatives, and drive product adoption. A central part of the role involves consulting large Nordic customers with commercial apps, helping them optimize their app marketing strategies and measurement frameworks to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will also contribute to educating internal sales teams on new products, betas, and industry developments while supporting the creation and delivery of workshops, pitches, and strategic recommendations for customers and agencies. Key Responsibilities • Support the strategy and execution of app marketing initiatives by consulting some of the largest Nordic customers that operate commercial apps. • Identify revenue and growth opportunities within the market and among existing customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to help drive sales potential, marketing efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. • Contribute to the execution of sales and product strategies across key clients and verticals, supporting revenue generation, sales quota attainment, and product adoption. • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to extract actionable insights and provide data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership. • Facilitate and support client-facing workstreams such as workshops, strategy sessions, and product presentations to help customers achieve their app growth objectives. • Share best practices, sales strategies, and market insights with internal teams to strengthen account development and improve sales effectiveness. • Help educate internal stakeholders on new products, features, and betas while contributing to competitive intelligence within the app marketing ecosystem. • Support internal feedback loops by identifying product gaps, workflow challenges, or optimization opportunities and sharing insights with product and partner teams. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations. Key Requirements • Experience working with sales, consulting, or product strategy in a technology-driven or digital marketing environment. • Strong understanding of app marketing, including user acquisition and app promotion campaigns. • Experience working with app measurement tools, such as Firebase. • Ability to translate data and analysis into actionable recommendations for customers and internal teams. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Preferred Requirements • Background as an App Marketing Specialist or in a similar role focused on mobile growth and performance marketing. • Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale customers, particularly within the Nordic market. • Knowledge of the broader digital advertising ecosystem and mobile measurement frameworks. • Experience working with commercial apps (non-gaming). • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is considered an advantage. This is a consultancy role via Adecco, running from 30th March 2026 to 30th March 2027. The position offers a hybrid working schedule, with office presence from Tuesday to Thursday and the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday. Standard business hours apply.
