Assignment Overview We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer What You Will Work On Design external piping systems based on flow charts, specifications, and component lists 3D modeling of pipes and pipe supports using Solid Edge Review drawings produced by colleagues in India Prepare picking lists and enter materials into SAP Coordinate piping design with building structures and other suppliers' installations Communicate closely with customers to ensure correct delivery and alignment Contribute to teamwork and collaboration across project managers, production, and design teams Ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and timely delivery of design work Support continuous improvement and alignment with manufacturing and installation practices What You Bring At least 3 years of design experience Strong 3D modeling skills, preferably in piping design Experience with Solid Edge and SAP Ability to manage work independently and deliver high-quality results on time Curious, thorough, and detail-oriented approach Strong collaboration and communication skills Practical understanding of manufacturing and installation processes Fluent in Swedish (strongly preferred) and English
