UX/UI Web Designer Product and System UX (Remote)

Company context VNT-001 AB is a Sweden-based operating company that builds and owns multiple brands across biotech/public-health products (institutional/B2B) and consumer health (supplements). The company runs a shared internal team and shared infrastructure across brands including manufacturing, packaging, regulatory coordination, logistics, and go-to-market execution. One biotech/public-health platform has fulfilled a ~$6M U.S. state-level contract for large-scale distribution of a public-health testing product. All work is internal and there is no client or agency work. Short role summary You will design UX and UI systems across portfolio web properties. The focus is usability and clarity including information architecture, flows, and interface systems that help users understand regulated products and navigate both consumer and institutional product journeys. Key responsibilities Design UX flows for key user journeys including product discovery, information lookup, purchase paths, and support flows Build structured information architecture for complex product content Produce wireframes, UI layouts, and design system components Ensure clarity for regulated product information including ingredients, instructions, disclaimers, and documentation Create consistent interface systems usable across multiple brand websites Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation Required skills / experience 3+ years in UX/UI design with shipped web products Strong UX fundamentals including user flows, information architecture, usability, and accessibility Experience deg systems rather than isolated pages High competence in design tools such as Figma Ability to simplify complex or information-heavy product content Strong documentation and design handoff discipline Ideal candidate profile You are a systems-oriented UX designer who prioritizes clarity and usability.
