Assignment Overview We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer What You Will Work On Drive development of assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA Ensure correct tools and equipment are available at production stations Collaborate closely with line technicians, operators, and support functions in daily operations Participate in weekly meetings with line managers and cross-functional teams to track progress and align priorities Support the value flow with urgency and a problem-solving mindset Optimize existing production flows and contribute to world-class manufacturing standards Influence the setup of new production lines at the Robotics Campus Implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes What You Bring Minimum 5 years of experience as a production engineer in assembly-focused factories Master of Science in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field Solid knowledge of ERP systems Strong understanding of Lean principles and World Class Manufacturing methodologies Ownership mindset and responsibility for production processes Structured, analytical, and collaborative approach Ability to act quickly to support production flows Strong drive for personal and process development Fluent in English; Swedish is advantageous
