Senior Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++)

About the Assignment You will join an Embedded Software department of around 80 people, working in a Radio Communication team of about 10. The assignment focuses on developing and maintaining embedded software in C/C++ for Linux-based systems, in close collaboration with electronics, software, test and application engineering. Job DescriptionImplement new features in C and C++ for embedded systems Systematize and improve existing code and solutions Debug, troubleshoot and analyze system behavior Verify software functionality and support testing activities Collaborate cross-functionally with electronics developers, software developers, testers, application engineers and team leads RequirementsMaster of Science degree in computer engineering, electronics, or equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience as a developer Professional experience with C/C++ Knowledge of Linux and software applications in Linux-based systems Good knowledge of Swedish and English Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted) Nice to haveKnowledge of radio communication Experience with Yocto and Buildroot Ability to perform measurements and basic troubleshooting at board level using measuring instruments Experience with Git and DevOps Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
