  • the group behind well-known brands such as foodora and efood. About the role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Delivery Hero’s food delivery services. You assist customers and restaurant partners with questions regarding orders, deliveries, and technical issues. Your responsibilities include: Providing customer support via chat, email, and phone Handling cases such as delayed deliveries, missing items, and order questions Offering technical and operational assistance to restaurant partners Ensuring a high-quality and professional service experience Work location & relocation package 100% remote work from anywhere in Greece Relocation package to Athens or Thessaloniki, including: Free flight ticket Two weeks of hotel accommodation Assistance in finding long-term housing Salary & benefits Competitive fixed monthly salary Performance-based monthly bonus Paid onboarding training Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday Full-time employment Who we are looking for Native-level or fluent Norwegian speaker (C1 or higher) Good command of English (B2 or higher) Service-oriented, solution-focused and comfortable working with digital tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience is a plus, but not required About our client & the project Our client is a leading international customer experience provider working with well-known global brands.
