SAP S/4HANA PM / EAM Consultant

SAP S/4HANA PM (Plant Maintenance) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Start Date: 2026-02-01 End Date: 2026-12-31 Allocation: 100% Location: Stockholm or Trollhättan, Sweden Ways of working: remote work (within Sweden) possible but will require some travelling to Stockholm. Our client is looking for 2 consultants with SAP S/4HANA EAM / PM expertise, ideally with prior involvement in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. Must have:

• Strong understanding of SAP PM processes with at least 10 years of experience in implementation or support roles
• Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations & migrations.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Process understanding of standard processes in SAP PM & S/4 HANA
• Being able to communicate between business and other functional consultants
• Strong knowledge of integration flows to and from SAP systems.
• Proficient in writing blueprints, understanding requirements
• Strong knowledge of integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management)
• Comfortable working in Agile teams, following Scrum methodologies.
• Used to collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams in cross-functional setups.
• Fluent in Swedish & English (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively with stakeholders in multinational environments. Nice to have:
• Experience working within the utilities / energy industry.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and understanding custom code related to SAP PM. (there are big custom developments)
• Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects is a strong advantage. Functional Specification & Design:
• Must be capable of translating business requirements into clear, comprehensive functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams for solution design. Process Knowledge & Gap Analysis:
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, master data, and integration points; able to perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with S/4HANA capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, super users, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions and to address issues and ensure smooth integration Project Delivery & Documentation:
• Experience in supporting project phases including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live; skilled in producing high-quality documentation and ensuring alignment with project goals.
