Need a chatting app like WhatsApp

I need an online app where user can see online doctors and talk to them and chat with them. Application must lock the mobile id as banking app does. Patients can have a and doctors too. When they are logged in they can see live doctors and start chatting and voice calling with them. Call will be with 20 minutes timer and call recorded feature should be there. More details will be shared with selected candidates e must be in flutter.
