Niche Directory Link Building – Student Housing Website (USA)

I run a student housing guide website targeting University of Alabama / Tuscaloosa, Alabama (tuscaloosastudenthousing.com). I'm looking for an experienced link builder to execute a targeted directory and resource link building campaign for a specific page.

THE TASK: Find and secure placements on relevant directories, resource pages, and listings that would naturally link to this content. Target categories include:

• Off-campus student housing directories (e.g. Off-Campus Partners, university housing resource pages)
• Apartment listing platforms with contributed content or resource sections
• Alabama / Tuscaloosa local directories
• Student life and college resource websites
• Relocation and renter resource pages
• Any.edu adjacent pages that list off-campus housing resources

WHAT I WANT:

• Minimum 15 placed links
• All placements must be topically relevant (student housing, rentals, Alabama/Tuscaloosa, college life)
• No link farms, PBNs, or low-DA spam sites
• DA 20+ preferred, but relevance beats raw DA for this niche
• Full delivery report: URL of placement, anchor text used, DA, live link confirmed

WHAT I DON'T WANT:

• Generic directory submissions (Yellow Pages, Yelp etc.)
• Any grey-hat or link scheme tactics
• Links from sites with no real traffic or audience

All links must be approved, if you would like to send them prior to taking the time to insert, please do so.
