The existing site is currently hosted on WordPress.com, which limits theme flexibility, plugin access, and overall customisation. The current theme is also outdated and not well-suited to modern SEO best practice or mobile display.

A new homepage design has already been created at penninecompliancegroup.com/home- new/ as a reference. The full site will be rebuilt to match this direction. Scope of Works

1. Page Build Full build of the following pages to match the reference homepage design: • Services (including relevant compliance and flooring survey pages) Content and copy to be supplied by Callum or adapted from existing site and reference sites provided.
2. On-Page SEO • SEO page titles and meta descriptions set for all pages • Heading structure (H1/H2/H3) reviewed and corrected throughout
3. Mobile Optimisation • Full review and fix of mobile display across all pages • Cross-browser check on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox
4. Pre-Launch Checks

• Page speed review and basic performance optimisation

Not Included in This Scope • Copywriting (content to be provided by the client) • Ongoing maintenance or hosting support after handover • E-commerce or booking functionality
