Data Researcher Needed – Find Contact Details for UK Businesses

I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to help research and find contact information for UK limited companies.

I will provide a spreadsheet containing the company names. Your task XXXX XXXX to research each business and populate the spreadsheet with accurate contact details so our team can conduct outreach.

What I need collected for each company:

• Director name & Phone number (high priority)
• Website link
• LinkedIn profile (if no contact number or email found)

Requirements:

• Experience with online research / lead generation
• Ability to find accurate contact details using tools such as Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and directories
• Good attention to detail
• Data must be accurate and well organised in the spreadsheet provided

Other info: We have process notes which we will share with you to do this. We would like your suggestions on a faster way of collecting the data, possibly via AI etc.

Deliverable: A completed spreadsheet with the contact information filled in for 756 businesses.

These are all recently incorporated businesses, so most won't have contact information when you research, in which case you just need to mark the company status as such and move on.

Timeline: Ideally completed within 5–7 days, but flexible for the right freelancer.
