Help optimise a Meta / Insta Ad campaign

I've set up a campaign on meta and getting lots of traffic and clicks, but the google analytics shows the clicks going to my hompage instead of my funnel. I set up a split test and it seems to have not even tested one of my options. Also my family and friends are seeing the ad which is not the point! I went with a general audience but feel thats not working for me, feel like this is paying for clicks for nothing!
