We are a UK-based private medical company (Prestige Private Health) launching a new Consultant-led ADHD assessment and treatment service in the North West of England.

We are looking for an experienced paid advertising specialist to help generate high-quality leads and bookings.

This is a long-term opportunity, not a one-off project.

Primary Focus

• Paid Advertising

We are specifically looking for someone strong in:

1. Google Ads (Priority) Campaign setup and management (search-focused) Keyword research (e.g. private ADHD assessment, adult ADHD diagnosis UK) Conversion tracking (very important) Ongoing optimisation to reduce cost per lead
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Campaign creation and optimisation Retargeting strategies Lead generation ads (forms and website conversions) Creative direction (images, copy, messaging) Secondary Focus

• Conversion & SEO Landing page optimisation (conversion-focused, not just design) Basic SEO improvements (ADHD keywords, service pages) Advice on improving booking conversion rates Key Objective
