Make my site user friendly

I’ve recently had a Wordpress woo commerce site built selling excursions. I just need a few changes to it, reorganising trips, a cancel button added to basket, possibly a button from on home page taking people directly to the main menu and a ticket style email receipt to be sent out immediately after a purchase ( there is an existing email)
