• 5-Star Hotel Room Concept (Potential 130-Room Project)

Job Description I am looking for a talented architect or interior designer to transform a standard hotel bedroom into a luxurious 5-star concept. This is an initial test project. If the design is approved, this will lead to a full hotel project (approx. 130 rooms). I will provide: Photos of the current room The hotel’s colour scheme and design direction

Scope of Work Redesign an existing hotel room into a high-end 5-star standard Provide 3 different design concepts Create: High-quality 3D renders (realistic visuals)

Design Expectations Elegant, modern, and hotel-quality luxury feel Strong focus on: Lighting Space optimisation Cohesive use of the provided colour palette Design must be practical and buildable

Deliverables 2–3 design concepts High-quality 3D renders (multiple views per concept) Optional: mood board / materials list

Timeline 1 week turnaround required

Budget This is a pilot/test project, so budget is modest. However: if successful, this will lead to a full hotel design project (approx. 130 rooms)

Requirements Experience in hotel or luxury interior design Strong portfolio (please include examples) Ability to work from photos and design brief
