Repairs and Monitoring system

I require a designer to develop a simple, user-friendly Repairs and Monitoring system to manage walkabouts, repairs and health & safety issues across five accommodation schemes. Existing Excel spreadsheets define required data; the task XXXX XXXX integrate these into a cohesive solution—link sheets, create dropdowns, automate data population, implement tracking and status updates, and produce clear reports. The system must accommodate staff with limited computer skills, be reliable, and easy to maintain.
