Hello and welcome to PouchSmart. We’re the UK’s first dedicated service helping brands ditch wasteful plastic packaging and upgrade to recyclable and compostable pouches.

Now we need a sharp HubSpot organiser.

We have lots of data — leads, enquiries, prospects and contacts — currently scattered across systems. Your job is to: • Upload and structure ~1,000 records into HubSpot • Apply the correct filters, tags and pipelines • Set up simple automation and follow-up sweeps

This initial project is a fixed-scope task (around 1,000 entries) to get everything clean, organised and ready for our sales team.

If you do it well, the role can become ongoing HubSpot management.

UK applicants preferred. Overseas applicants are welcome but must check in weekly and work within our project manager system.
