Teams dashboard

Develop a Teams dashboard that aggregates machine fault reports from multiple Teams channels and visualizes them like an airport flight schedule board in red. The system will parse chat entries from GC1–GC7, link each fault to the responsible site engineer, record occurrence frequency, and highlight recurrent faults. It will present consolidated metrics and individual site details on the Service Engineers dashboard, enabling rapid identification, trend analysis, and prioritization of repairs.
